About
I am the Band Director and K-12 music teacher here at Banner County School and have been here since 2005. I received my Bachelor's Degree from University of Nevada, Reno in Music Education and my Master's Degree in History from Chadron State College. I have taught in Nevada, Wyoming, and Nebraska. My main instruments in college were flute and French horn. I also played in a trombone choir for several years and trumpet in the college pep band and continue to play in community groups. In addition to General Music PreK-5 as well as Band and Vocal Music 6-12. I also teach High School Native American History as a semester course and dual credit course from WNCC called History of the American West as well as U.S. History I and II dual credit courses (WNCC) that I teach here at Banner County and offer to other schools on the Distance Learning System. I also teach in the summers at Chadron State College and WNCC college history courses.
