My name is Troy Holmberg. This is my second year as PreK-12 Principal at Banner County Schools. Overall, I am in my 33nd year of education with 18 as a science teacher and 15 as a administrator. Joining me in all the adventures is my wife Patti who also works as a substitute teacher at Banner County. We have two grown children: Alicia lives and works in Columbus, NE and Kyle is a sophomore at Wayne State.
Hobbies/Interests: Walking, Listening to Music, Watching Sports (football is the definite favorite)
I enjoyed getting to know the staff, students, and parents during my first year. There are so many people working together to make Banner County Schools a great place. I look forward to the 2024-2025 school year.
