Banner County School is on a 4-day instructional week!  Teachers have access to a work/prep/PD day every other week. 

Banner County School is a D2 school located on the western border of Nebraska, approximately 30 miles from Scottsbluff/Gering to the north and Kimball to the south. PK-12 enrollment is 150.  Banner County School operates on a 4-Day School Week with a 5^th Day enrichment program called “Optional Enrichment Friday.”

Cook (2025-2026)

This position is for the upcoming school year, beginning August 11, 2025 for a nine-month contract. We are looking for a person with some cooking experience who can follow recipes, enjoys cooking “from scratch,” and wants to work in a family-oriented environment. Hourly rate $11-$15 depending on experience with single health insurance included. Two-bedroom apartment available for $270/month rent + utilities.
