The Banner County School Board of Education has adopted policy 404.12 and policy 504.24 regarding Title IX, the prohibition against discrimination on the basis of sex and grievance procedures for complaints. The BCS District has designated the following personnel to coordinate its efforts to comply with its responsibilities under this policy.
