COMMENCEMENT
Students who are lacking required subjects or sufficient hours by the end of the junior year will be notified that they may not participate in the commencement program or other scheduled senior activities such as the prom until such work is satisfactorily completed to put them on the required schedule for graduation.
The board of education will provide a stipend for any speaker for commencement or baccalaureate programs.
Failure of a student to participate in commencement will not be a reason for withholding the student's final progress report or diploma certifying the student's completion of high school.
