If, due to inclement weather or for some other condition, the superintendent of schools determines that the safety of the students would be endangered by attending school, the following local or area radio and television stations will be contacted and asked to relay this information to the patrons of this school district:

Staff and parents of students will be notified by an approved telephone notification system.
