PARTICIPATION OF SIXTH GRADERS IN JUNIOR HIGH ATHLETICS
Sixth-grade boys or girls may participate in seventh and eighth-grade athletics when combined enrollment for seventh and eighth grade becomes fewer than twelve boys or twelve girls.
Otherwise, pupils in kindergarten through the sixth grade may not participate in any kind of athletic contests between schools, within a school system, or between school systems except as provided in this policy or as otherwise allowed by law. This prohibition does not apply to annual field or play days.
