Banner County Schools takes seriously its legal and moral obligation to protect the privacy of its students and their parents. At the same time, Banner County Schools often promotes activities, honors and the work of our students and staff. This includes images which may appear on the school website or in the school newspaper.
I understand that a picture of my child may be published on the school website or in the school newspaper. I also understand works (art, written papers, verbal statements, etc) completed by my child may be published.
I give permission for photographs or student works to be used on the school’s website or in the school newspaper with only my child’s first name being published. No last names will be published with photos.
I request that you DO NOT include photographs or student works on the school’s website or in the school newspaper.

If a situation arise that may change your child’s status regarding publishing photographs on the school website or in the school newspaper, please notify the office in writing as soon as possible. This form will be in effective only during the current school year.
